ApMoSys is Hiring | Project Manager – TCoE | Kolkata ApMoSys is looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager – Testing Centre of Excellence (TCoE) to join our team in Kolkata . Experience Required: 7+ years Looking for immediate to 15 days Joiners Key Responsibilities & Requirements: 7+ years of experience in Software Testing, IT Delivery, or Project Management Minimum 5 years of experience managing Testing or QA projects Experience in managing a Testing Centre of Excellence (TCoE) or large enterprise testing engagements (preferred) Strong knowledge of Banking Applications , Testing Governance , Stakeholder Management , and Vendor Coordination Core Responsibilities: Prepare and manage the overall TCoE project plan , including milestones, resource allocation, dependencies, and delivery timelines Act as the primary point of contact between Bank & ApMoSys teams, application owners, OEMs, and third-party vendors Govern the complete testing lifecycle (requirement analysis, planning, design, execution, defect management, and closure) Manage end-to-end engagements across: Functional Testing Test Automation Performance Testing Security Testing API & Integration Testing Coordinate application onboarding , environment readiness, access, test data, build deployment, and interfaces Conduct regular daily/weekly/monthly reviews and publish status reports, dashboards, and updates Manage multidisciplinary teams including test leads, automation engineers, performance and security testers Monitor key metrics such as test coverage, execution progress, defect ageing, automation coverage, vulnerabilities, and performance insights Facilitate defect triage and ensure timely resolution, retesting, and closure Track risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies with proper mitigation and escalation Ensure adherence to Bank SDLC/STLC processes, SLA, security policies, and regulatory requirements Support audits by maintaining complete documentation, traceability, and compliance evidence Drive process standardization, reusable assets, and quality improvements across the TCoE ✅ Strong presentation, data analysis, and reporting skills are essential Interested candidates can share their resumes at: [email protected]
