Position - Admissions Counsellor Location - Banyan Tree School, Jaipur Banyan Tree School, Jaipur is expanding its team and invites applications from dedicated, skilled and values-driven professionals to join our admission team. Key Responsibilities Counsel parents on the school’s philosophy, curriculum, and learning environment Meet defined admission targets by converting qualified enquiries into confirmed admissions while maintaining ethical counselling practices Build meaningful relationships to support confident admission decisions Collaborate with internal teams on enrolment initiatives Conceptualise, curate, and organise admissions and marketing events independently for measurable outcomes Maintain accurate records and timely follow-ups Develop and manage a high-quality admissions pipeline through strategic outreach Build meaningful relationships with prospective families and articulate the school's vision Conceptualise and lead admissions-focused events and institutional marketing initiatives Drive admission targets with integrity, transparency and professional excellence Ensure meticulous documentation, timely follow-ups and accurate record management The Ideal Candidate: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline 2–4 years of progressive experience in admissions, marketing or client relationship management Prior experience in the education sector will be viewed favourably Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organisational abilities Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing will be an added advantage Experience in social media handling and digital marketing will be an added advantage Interested candidates may apply or share their CVs at: [email protected]
