Job Description Job Description The Commercial HVAC Estimator will be responsible for accurately estimating costs and preparing bids for HVAC and plumbing projects primarily focused on commercial buildings. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of HVAC and plumbing construction to ensure competitive and profitable project proposals. Responsibilities Estimate costs for commercial HVAC and plumbing projects Prepare and submit project bids Must know Take offs Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience in HVAC and plumbing estimation Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing construction Ability to read and interpret blueprints Familiarity with Trimble software for cost estimation and project management
