Job Description
Lead the accounting department at the Administration Office. As an Accounting Manager, take charge of full-cycle accounting and provide critical support across the Division's financial operations. Reporting to the Assistant Secretary-Treasurer, this full-time role involves managing accounting activities, ensuring compliance, and preparing essential financial documents.
You will play a crucial role in leadership, training staff, and compiling capital reports while overseeing audits and supporting budget preparations. Key Responsibilities: β’ Oversee full cycle of accounting and purchasing activities β’ Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial documentation β’ Prepare cash flow projections and oversee fund management β’ Supervise internal and school audits effectively β’ Direct and mentor departmental staff for optimal performance Requirements: β’ CPA designation with two years of related experience β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and accounting software β’ Experience managing accounting in a unionized environment β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills β’ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Elevate your career as an Accounting Manager while ensuring the financial integrity of the Division. #J-18808-Ljbffr
