Senior Engagement Manager UK (Flexible – Edinburgh advertised) £95,000 – £115,000 + package Flexible working | Travel to client sites (ad hoc) About the Role Head Resourcing are delighted to be partnering with an established business change consultancy to support their search for an experienced Senior Engagement Manager . This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you will lead complex transformation engagements , working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful, lasting change. You’ll operate at the heart of client organisations— owning delivery, shaping strategy, and leading teams to ensure successful outcomes.
