The Restaurant Zone is currently recruiting for a powerhouse Assistant Manager to anchor a high-volume Wingstop location in Brockton.

Sales at this location are trending upward, and the franchise group is looking for a sharp, proactive leader to stabilize shifts, develop the crew, and build a strong bench of talent. With new locations opening soon , this client is actively grooming this individual to step into a General Manager role within 1-2 years. Core Responsibilities: Run the Floor: Direct, coach, and manage a shift crew of 14-17 employees in a high-volume, fast-casual environment. Drive Accountability: Maintain rigorous standards for food safety, order accuracy, speed of service, and-above all- punctuality . Own the Shifts: Confidently handle cash management, opening/closing procedures, light inventory, and shift scheduling.

Develop the Team: Train and mentor Shift Leaders to cultivate the next wave of leadership. Schedule Requirements: Heavy Floor Presence: 45-50 hours per week (approx. 9-hour shifts). Nights & Weekends: Expect to be actively in the business 4 nights a week.

Open Availability: 10:30 AM - 1:00 AM, 7 days a week. The Non-Negotiables (Candidate Profile): Proven Experience: Direct leadership experience as a Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, or AGM in a high-volume food service environment (QSR / Fast-Casual strongly preferred). High-Energy Multitasker: Ability to effortlessly execute 2-3 tasks at once while directing a team.

Proactive & Direct: You don't wait for things to go wrong. You are a proactive decision-maker who is comfortable addressing performance issues and having direct, candid conversations with staff when necessary. Strict Logistics Fit: Must have reliable transportation to handle a daily commute to Brockton, MA .

Must be able and willing to commute to the Randolph, MA area for a paid 4-6 week intensive training program.
