Software Test Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global is seeking a Test Engineer to join an Automated Test Engineering team supporting embedded electronic products within a manufacturing environment. This role sits at the intersection of R&D and production, focused on developing software-driven test systems and integrating them into manufacturing workflows. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 3–5+ years in automated test engineering within electronics or manufacturing environments Strong mix of hardware + software (ability to control and instrument physical test equipment via code) Proficiency in C# and experience with system-level architecture (APIs, drivers) Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment and interpreting schematics Experience building/maintaining automated test systems (not purely manual testing) NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NI TestStand or HP/Agilent VEE experience Background in embedded systems or electronics manufacturing Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent hands-on hardware experience Familiarity with industrial/manufacturing standards
