Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: East Arrowhead Ranch, AZ Job Id: 30412 # of Openings: 1 Pay Range: $86,500 - $122,000 per year Why ABC? Compensation and Bonus Structure Total Compensation Package: $86,500 to $122,000 annually with opportunities to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of trainees.

Your compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership in the company. BCBAs become eligible for long‑term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role.

All other roles are eligible. Bonus Structure Monthly Performance Bonuses: uncapped bonuses to reward impact. Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location.

Mentorship Bonuses: Earn bonus pay for supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA. Certification Bonuses: Reward for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. Relocation Packages: available to ease transition expenses. 401(k) with Company Match: Boost retirement potential.

Scheduling and Work‑Life Balance Remote Work Benefit: Up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment‑related work‑from‑home days per year. Schedule: Monday‑Friday daytime hours. Almost 30 days off in Year One: including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days.

Manageable Caseloads: support up to 8 children to avoid burnout. No Non‑Compete Clauses: no restrictions. Career Growth & Leadership Tracks Center Leadership Path: BCBA > Sr.

BCBA > Assistant Clinical Director > Clinical Director > Sr. Clinical Director > Group Clinical Director > Regional Clinical Director. Training & Development: Join Dr.

Greg Hanley’s Compassionate Care Training in evidence‑based ABA practice. Research & Innovation: Collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute to advance treatment outcomes and clinical quality.

Clinical Guidance: BCBAs guided by the Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team, featuring leaders such as Dr. Charna Mintz, Dr. Greg Hanley, Dr.

Linda LeBlanc, Dr. Patricia Wright, Dr. Dorothea Lerman, Dr.

Malika Pritchett, Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami, and Dr. Anthony Cammilleri.

Education and Support Continuing Education: 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house, extra funds for additional training, and 2 paid days off for CEU events.
