Manager of Actuarial Services UPP

Key Responsibilities: • Direct pension administration calculations and interpretations • Oversee actuarial modeling and funding projections • Support training and development initiatives for team members • Coordinate with stakeholders on compliance and regulatory issues • Identify and implement improvements in operational procedures Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or equivalent • ASA/ACIA needed; progress toward fellowship is an asset • 6-9 years in a pension actuarial role with leadership experience • Proficient with MS Excel, ProVal, and similar software • Understanding of Ontario pension laws and CIA standards Lead UPP's actuarial team to ensure effective pension solutions for all stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
