Location 300 E Powell, Gresham, OR 97030 Client Relationship Consultant – Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with customers through in‑person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess and address customers’ banking needs; obtain and process account information.

Educate clients on deposit and loan products and recommend solutions. Conduct proactive outreach and follow‑up. Maintain working knowledge of consumer and business banking products, including digital services.

Provide consistent optimal client experience, greet clients, and process basic transactions. Collaborate with branch team members to best serve clients. Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications.

Proactively educate clients about emerging and self‑service digital products. Licensing & Registration This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.

You will undergo a required registration process, including a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain any NMLS registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record, may result in rescission of your offer or termination of employment. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum three to four years of job‑related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training. Preferred Skills / Experience Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow‑up. Effective engagement and communication with clients.

Thorough knowledge of bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems. Proven customer service and interpersonal skills. Experience using and demonstrating digital products and self‑service technologies.

Ability to explore and identify customer needs while leveraging a digital‑first mindset. Demonstrated basic level of proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customers’ needs both reactively and proactively. Experience in the financial services industry preferred.
