This role primarily involves in-store client consultations to provide personalized service and expert guidance throughout the bridal dress selection process. Responsibilities Conduct client consultations to understand preferences and needs Assist clients in selecting bridal gowns and accessories Coordinate dress fittings to ensure proper alterations and fit Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently Maintain and organize inventory of bridal gowns and accessories Provide exceptional customer support and service in-store Process sales transactions accurately and timely Stay aware of current bridal fashion trends Preferred Qualifications Entry-level experience in retail or customer service Strong customer service skills Effective communication skills Attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Company Description We design and costume make bridal gowns since 2019.
