In this position, you will make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Sptix’s hiring platform, explain its features, and generate interest in using the portal for recruitment. You will handle inbound inquiries, respond to questions about services and pricing, and guide prospective clients through registration and initial usage. The role includes maintaining accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM, scheduling product demos or meetings for senior team members, and supporting campaign-based outreach.

As an intern, you will receive training on telesales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement while contributing to sales targets and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and confidence on phone calls. Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain a professional, empathetic tone.

Sales skills, including lead qualification, objection handling, and basic negotiation, to support telesales targets. Ability to participate in and apply Training related to product knowledge, telesales scripts, and CRM usage. Basic familiarity with CRM tools or spreadsheets to record and track outreach activities (training will be provided).

Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Noida with clear performance goals. Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively with sales and operations teams.
