Become a key player at Altea as an Assistant Boutique Fitness Manager. Your organizational skills will ensure a seamless experience for members while you lead fitness classes and support your team. Altea seeks a dependable and proactive individual for this in-person role.
As the Assistant Boutique Fitness Manager, you will manage daily studio operations and uphold quality standards that enrich member interactions. You will also support instructors and facilitate their onboarding process—all while engaging your community through fitness. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee class scheduling and improvements in studio operations • Train and support new instructors in a collaborative environment • Process inventory checks and maintain studio aesthetics • Assist members with inquiries and programming updates • Instruct 5-10 fitness classes per week Requirements: • 1-2 years in a fitness or service leadership role • Excellent communication and organizational abilities • Knowledge of studio management systems • Ready to work flexible hours on weekends • CPR & First Aid Certification preferable Drive member satisfaction while enhancing your leadership journey at Altea. #J-18808-Ljbffr
