We're hiring a Production Manager for a growing food manufacturing company. This is a leadership role where you'll spend your time on the production floor—not behind a desk.

What You'll Be Doing Lead daily production operations Coach and develop production employees Schedule production to meet customer demand Ensure GMP, SQF, and food safety compliance Improve processes and increase efficiency Work closely with Quality, Inventory, and Operations teams Help build a positive, accountable production culture We're Looking For Experience managing teams in a manufacturing environment; if you are a leader with the ability to lead a team we want you.
