Experience Required: 10+ Years of HRIS Experience with Extensive SAP SuccessFactors Expertise Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HRIS Manager / SuccessFactors Lead to oversee and support our global HR technology landscape. This role requires a seasoned HRIS professional with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, strong stakeholder management skills, and experience supporting complex, global HR operations. The ideal candidate will be based in the Houston area and comfortable working flexible hours to support teams across multiple international time zones.

Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary HRIS subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors and related HR technologies. Lead the administration, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of SuccessFactors modules. Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and IT teams to identify business requirements and deliver technology solutions.

Manage global HRIS projects, including system implementations, enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and process improvements. Ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and governance across HR systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.

Support and optimize integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications. Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, metrics, and workforce analytics. Drive system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), release management, and change management activities.

Create and maintain HRIS documentation, workflows, training materials, and standard operating procedures. Provide guidance and support to HR leadership regarding system capabilities and best practices. Participate in global meetings and support users across multiple regions and time zones.

Required Qualifications 10+ years of HRIS experience supporting enterprise HR systems. Extensive hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors administration, configuration, implementation, and support. Strong knowledge of HR processes, including Core HR, Talent Management, Performance, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, and Employee Central.

Experience managing large‑scale HR technology projects and system implementations. Strong understanding of HR data management, reporting, analytics, and compliance requirements. Experience supporting global organizations and international HR operations.

Proven ability to work with executive stakeholders and cross‑functional teams. Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications SAP SuccessFactors certifications. Experience with HR system integrations and middleware platforms. Knowledge of Workday, SAP HCM, payroll systems, or other HR technologies.

Experience with reporting and analytics tools. PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications. Additional Requirements This position requires candidates to be based in the Houston, TX area or to be open to relocation.
