As we continue to grow, we are looking for a versatile and dynamic individual to join our team as an Office Manager with strong bookkeeping experience.

Position Overview: In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations and performing accounts payable and receivable duties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles. Key Responsibilities: • Office Manager • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment. • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. • Coordinate meetings, events, and company activities. • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications. • Construction Accounting and accurate job costing responsibilities • Billing AIA method, Lein releases • Accounts Payable, Receivable, collections, process receipts · Maintain accurate accounts • Payroll duties.

Maintain SAP requirements • Human Resources including employee onboarding and Health insurance benefit administration and benefit enrollments. Qualifications: • Proven experience in office supervision or management and bookkeeping (3-5 years preferred). • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Foundation, Trimble, Spectrum a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite, SAP software • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to multitask effectively. A degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
