Reports To: CEO / Founder / Managing Director Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator (Retail) cum Admin to support retail project execution and handle administrative operations. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking project timelines, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functioning. Key Responsibilities:- Project Coordination (Retail) Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring retail projects (store launches, renovations, promotions, etc.) Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery Track project progress, timelines, and budgets; highlight delays or risks Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates Support procurement and inventory coordination for retail projects Ensure compliance with company standards and retail guidelines Administrative Responsibilities Manage office operations including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence Maintain records, files, contracts, and invoices Handle vendor management and coordination for admin services Support travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and event planning Monitor office supplies and ensure smooth facility management Assist in HR/admin tasks like onboarding coordination and attendance tracking Key Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines Problem-solving and attention to detail Basic understanding of retail operations and project workflows Qualifications Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field 2β5 years of experience in project coordination and/or administrative roles (preferably in retail) Preferred Experience Experience in retail store operations or expansion projects Familiarity with vendor management and procurement processes Exposure to project management tools/software Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Timely completion of retail projects Accuracy and completeness of documentation Efficiency in administrative operations Vendor coordination effectiveness Adherence to budgets and timelines
