We're looking for someone who understands infrastructure, but also understands developers.

Someone who has spent time building software themselves and can bridge the gap between engineering and platform te ams. What You'll Be DoingDesigning and building scalable AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as CodeDeveloping and maintaining reusable Terraform modules and platform to olingSupporting containerised workloads and orchestration plat formsBuilding and improving CI/CD pipelines and deployment autom ationDriving platform reliability, security, observability and operational excel lenceWorking closely with Software Engineers to improve developer experience and product ivityContributing to architectural decisions across cloud, platform and application del iveryHelping shape platform engineering best practices within a growing product organis ationSupporting the evolution of internal developer platforms and self-service capabil ities What We're Looki ng ForStrong commercial experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer or Cloud En gineerPrevious background in Software Engineering (Go, Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript or si milar)Deep AWS experience across cloud-native archite cturesStrong Terraform and Infrastructure as Code exp ertiseExperience working with container technologies and orchestration pla tformsCI/CD experience using modern automation t oolingStrong understanding of cloud security, scalability and reliability prin ciplesExperience working within product-led engineering enviro nmentsA collaborative mindset with a passion for solving complex technical chal lenges
