DOD Technology Innovation Research Manager

Job Description Insight Global is looking for an individual with a background in Small Business Innovation Research and Technology Transfer to support us and a DoW customer in Crystal City. This individual will be collaborating across interagency groups to lead the creation and adoption of a due diligence process for this DOD customers SBIR/STTR program acquisition process. They will provide oversight and project management for a team of analysts conducting due diligence reviews after a concrete SOP process is formed. A large piece of this role will be oversight of counterintelligence assessments and foreign influence reviews of potential SBIR/STTR vendors for the DOD. Hourly: 73-84/hr Salary: 150,000-175,000 Skills and Requirements Bachelors Degree and 12+ years of experience Active TS clearance Strong working knowledge of the SBIR/STRR process Operational experience in intelligence, technology policy, and/or foreign/international affairs Knowledge of foreign ownership, control, or influence (FOCI) and experience working to mitigate FOCI risks.
