Cyber Security Analyst | Hybrid, 3 days in North Leicester | £55,000 – £60,000 + Bonus, private medical We are working with a FTSE100 CISO to build a first-class security capability, including this Cyber Security Analyst role to enhance their security operations capability, working closely with a 24x7 third-party SOC, giving you hands-on exposure to real-world threats, incidents, and vulnerability management. The role will be a blend of some SOC work, combined with a range of other initiatives as the cyber team grows, including involvement in security engineering and tooling. What you’ll be doing: Monitoring and triaging security alerts from internal systems and a third-party SOC Supporting investigation, containment, and remediation of security incidents Working with SIEM, EDR, threat intelligence feeds, and vulnerability scanning tools Helping improve detection, response playbooks, and security documentation Collaborating with IT and infrastructure teams on vulnerability remediation Supporting continuous improvement across security operations and controls Ideal Candidate: Established commercial cybersecurity and/or SOC experience.
