Full Stack Engineer - Generative AI

Key Responsibilities Design and develop end-to-end full-stack applications (Python + React/Next.js) Build and deploy Generative AI solutions including LLM integrations and RAG systems Architect scalable systems and drive technical design decisions Work directly with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions quickly Lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers Ensure best practices in code quality, CI/CD, and cloud deployment Required Skills 7+ years of experience in software engineering (full-stack) Strong hands-on experience in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Redis, etc.) Hands-on experience in Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, vector databases) Strong system design and problem-solving skills Good to Have Experience in AI evaluation frameworks / prompt engineering Exposure to healthcare / life sciences domain Experience in consulting or client-facing roles What We’re Looking For Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in ambiguous environments Ability to balance speed and quality Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
