Sr AI ML Engineer

Job Title: Senior AI/ML Engineer Experience: 8+ years Location: Hyderabad, India Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning systems. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership capability, and hands-on experience in building scalable AI solutions that drive business impact. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end development of AI/ML solutions from problem definition to production deployment Architect scalable and efficient ML pipelines and data workflows Design and implement advanced models (NLP, Computer Vision, Recommendation Systems, etc.) Mentor junior engineers and guide best practices in ML development Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and stakeholders to translate business problems into AI solutions Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in production Drive adoption of MLOps practices (CI/CD for ML, monitoring, model governance) Conduct research and apply cutting-edge techniques in AI/ML Ensure model explainability, fairness, and compliance standards Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field 7–10 years of professional experience in AI/ML development Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn Deep understanding of: Machine Learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) Deep Learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) Hands-on experience in productionizing ML models at scale Strong experience with: Data engineering (SQL, ETL pipelines) Big data technologies (Apache Spark, Hadoop) Experience with cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP Proficiency in building APIs and microservices (FastAPI, Flask) Experience with containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes Strong understanding of software engineering best practices (Git, CI/CD) Preferred Qualifications Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face Experience in real-time ML systems and streaming data (Kafka) Prior experience in leading teams or technical projects Publications or contributions in AI/ML research (optional but valued) Leadership & Soft Skills Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking Effective stakeholder communication and presentation skills Ability to drive innovation and influence technical decisions
