About the Role We're Hiring | Product Manager – Life Insurance Location: Chennai Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) Experience: 10–16 Years Responsibilities Strong Life Insurance domain expertise Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Insurance Consulting Deep understanding of: Policy Administration New Business & Underwriting Claims Management Billing & Collections Customer Servicing Agent/Broker Management Product Configuration Experience with Life Insurance core systems and insurance technology platforms Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills Agile/Scrum experience Excellent communication and presentation skills Qualifications Education details - Any graduation Required Skills Strong Life Insurance domain expertise Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Insurance Consulting Deep understanding of Life Insurance processes Experience with Life Insurance core systems and insurance technology platforms Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills Agile/Scrum experience Excellent communication and presentation skills Preferred Skills Experience in Life Insurance digital transformation programs Exposure to InsurTech products and platform implementations Insurance certifications (LOMA, FLMI, etc.) are an added advantage Pay range and compensation package Pay range or salary or compensation Equal Opportunity Statement We're committed to diversity and inclusivity.
