Program Analyst for Community Services

Become a Community Services Program Analyst with the City of Hamilton. This position focuses on data management and supports programs for homeless individuals and families. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will spend 12 months in this role, assisting with data analysis and system evaluations.

You’ll collaborate with various teams to convert raw data into actionable insights that inform policy decisions and community services. Key Responsibilities: • Support data management for the Homeless Individuals and Families Information System • Conduct evaluations and research for community initiatives • Prepare comprehensive reports and data visualizations • Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot application issues • Develop training materials for agency partners Requirements: • Degree in social or health sciences, data science or equivalent • Experienced in data extraction and manipulation • Proficient in SQL, Excel, and related analytical software • Understanding of community and municipal partnerships • Ability to conduct literature reviews and develop surveys Leverage your skills in data analysis and community engagement to make a difference in Hamilton's social programs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
