Senior Sales Operations Analyst โ€“ Banking Products NY, SF, Chicago or Boston (remote to start, eventually in the office 2 days/week) Summary You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects on behalf of the Product Sales leader and help drive operational excellence and consistency across our business. You will plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through their entire project lifecycle. You will work closely with the Product Sales leadership and sales operations to help grow, scale, and run the business more efficiently and effectively.

This person excels at balancing strategic planning with execution and is very comfortable getting their hands dirty. This position offers the opportunity to uncover areas to improve the sales cycle by implementing new processes, developing actionable analytics and working closely with sales leaders to shape their strategy and execute their initiatives. This includes a variety of projects to generate revenue, deepen client relationships and develop market insights that will help the sales teams capitalize on banking and cross-platform opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing Partner with the Head of Product Sales to translate the organization's strategy into go-to-market operations and execution. Proactively identify, structure, and lead key strategic initiatives and business programs to scale and accelerate our business. Partner with other Sales Operations, Tech & Analytics teams to measure and drive performance metrics, to co-create insights, and align on analytics meaningful to sales Develop dashboards using Tableau to give leadership better visibility into sales operations and performance Optimize our forecasting process and bring insights in our pipeline to Sales leadership Establish strong working relationships with other cross-functional teams to achieve objectives Potential to establish and manage a team of sales operations analysts Skills We're Seeking Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 7+ years of experience with Sales Operations Experience with Sales Operations from banking, investment banking, financial services, fintech or reputable consultancies Experience developing dashboards with Tableau or similar tools Experience working in a Salesforce and/or MS Dynamics 365 environment
