Data Analyst Trainer

The organization provides a collaborative, growth-oriented environment for both learners and trainers. Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Data Analyst Trainer at GROWAI Edtech.

The Data Analyst Trainer will design and deliver online training sessions on data analytics, statistics, and data modeling using practical, real-world examples. Daily responsibilities include preparing learning materials, creating hands-on exercises and projects, and guiding learners through analytical problem-solving. The trainer will review assignments, provide constructive feedback, and support learners via live sessions, discussion forums, and one-on-one mentoring as needed.

The role also involves updating course content based on industry trends, collaborating with the curriculum team, and contributing to the continuous improvement of training programs. Qualifications Strong analytical skills with practical experience in Data Analytics, including interpreting datasets, generating insights, and solving business problems. Solid foundation in Statistics and Data Modeling, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and apply them in real-world scenarios.

Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present complex topics in an accessible, engaging manner for learners at different levels. Hands-on experience with common data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python or R, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau) is highly beneficial. Prior experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or conducting workshops in data or analytics is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet scheduled class and content deadlines.
