Senior Release Manager in Toronto

Lead the release lifecycle with a focus on quality at our Toronto location. As a Senior Release Manager, you'll ensure feature launches are well-planned and executed successfully. This role includes managing the entire end-to-end release process for the Success Offerings portfolio.

You will plan, coordinate, and oversee releases, ensuring all teams are prepared and aligned. Strong organizational skills and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: • Own the overall release planning, timelines, and milestones • Manage full release lifecycle, from design to launch • Maintain a centralized release roadmap with Offering Managers • Lead Go-Live activities and execute communication plans • Conduct Go/No-Go reviews and assess release readiness Requirements: • 5+ years in program or release management • Proven ability in complex, cross-functional environments • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Capacity to influence stakeholders effectively • Experience with SaaS or subscription-based services Deliver high-quality releases that enhance user experience across the Success Offerings portfolio. #J-18808-Ljbffr
