Associate Product Manager

About the Role We are looking for a curious and customer-focused Associate Product Manager to support the product team in building and improving digital products. You will work closely with founders, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs, contribute to product decisions, and help deliver valuable features to customers. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience who is eager to learn product management through hands-on collaboration and execution.

What You Will Do ● Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. ● Work with designers to translate ideas and requirements into wireframes and user flows. ● Collaborate with engineering teams during development and testing phases. ● Participate in customer interviews, user research, surveys, and feedback sessions. ● Analyze user feedback and product usage data to identify improvement opportunities. ● Support product planning, prioritization discussions, and release activities. ● Track feature progress and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders. ● Research market trends, competitors, and industry best practices. ● Help maintain product documentation and ensure clarity of requirements. Responsibilities ● Support the end-to-end delivery of product features under the guidance of senior product leaders. ● Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure smooth execution of planned work. ● Contribute to creating intuitive user experiences by gathering and synthesizing user feedback. ● Participate in sprint ceremonies and agile product development processes. ● Assist in validating product ideas through research and experimentation. ● Monitor key feature metrics and help identify areas for optimization. Must Have ● 1-2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Design, Development, or a related role. ● Strong communication and collaboration skills. ● Customer-centric mindset with an eagerness to solve user problems. ● Ability to break down problems and think logically. ● Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have ● Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. ● Exposure to wireframing or prototyping tools. ● Familiarity with user research and requirement gathering. ● Basic analytical and data interpretation skills. Nice to Have ● Experience working with product management tools such as Jira, Notion, or similar platforms. ● Understanding of UX principles and product design concepts. ● Exposure to SaaS or digital product environments.
