The APM will work closely with business teams, clients, engineering, design, insurers, and operations teams to identify problems, define solutions, and drive successful product deliv ery.This role is ideal for someone with 1–4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, consulting, insurance, or technol ogy.

Key Responsibil itiesProduct Disc overyGather and analyze requirements from internal and external stakehol ders.Conduct user interviews and understand customer pain po ints.Translate business problems into product opportuni ties.Research competitors and industry best pract ices.Product Pla nningCreate Product Requirement Documents (P RDs).Define user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and business r ules.Prioritize features based on business impact and ef fort.Support roadmap planning and sprint planning activi ties.Product Del iveryWork closely with engineering and design teams during develop ment.Clarify requirements and resolve functional que ries.Participate in sprint ceremonies and backlog groo ming.Conduct UAT and validate releases before production deploy ment.Stakeholder Manag ementCoordinate with brokers, HR teams, insurers, TPAs, and internal operations t eams.Present product updates and progress rep orts.Gather feedback and convert it into actionable enhancem ents.Analytics & Improv ementTrack product adoption and usage met rics.Monitor feature performance and user engage ment.Identify areas for optimization and process improve ment.Support product experimentation and continuous improvement initiat ives. Required SkillsProduct Mana gementStrong understanding of product lifecycle manag ement.Ability to write detailed requirements and user st ories.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodol ogies.Analytical SkillsStrong problem-solving capabil ities.Ability to interpret data and derive ins ights.Comfortable working with Excel, SQL (preferred), and analytics tools.Communi cationExcellent written and verbal communic ation.Ability to simplify complex con cepts.Strong stakeholder management s kills ToolsExperience wit h:JiraConf luenc eFigmaExcel / Google SheetsProduct analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA, Amplitude pref erred) Preferred Qualifi cations1–4 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, or Technology roles.Experience in Insurance, Employee Benefits, HRTech, FinTech, SaaS, or Enterprise Platforms pre ferred.MBA, Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree pre ferred. Success Metrics (First 12 Months)Own and deliver at least 1–2 product modules end -to-end.Deliver features on time with minimal requirement rework.Improve stakeholder satisfaction scores.Increase product adoption and feature util high-quality PRDs and acceptance c riteria.Reduce defects discovered during UAT and post-production r eleases.
