Role: Manager β Revenue Strategy - Events and Branded Content Role Overview: Drive monetisation and growth across branded content, TV/digital properties and on-ground IPs by combining execution, innovation and business development. The role will focus on creating scalable revenue opportunities, identifying new growth areas and supporting cross-functional teams to build stronger market-facing solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1.
IP & Branded Content Monetisation Drive revenue across on-ground IPs, branded content integrations, TV specials and digital extensions. Create scalable sponsorship models, branded integrations and innovative commercial opportunities. 2. New Revenue Stream Development Identify whitespace opportunities for new IPs and monetizable content formats.
Explore non-traditional revenue opportunities including partnerships, licensing and new category entries. 3. Client Acquisition & Category Expansion Build new advertiser pipelines across categories and identify emerging sectors/startups for partnerships. Support the sales team with fresh pitch ideas, integrated solutions and new business opportunities along with client servicing team. 4.
Conceptualisation & Innovation Develop new event and content concepts rooted in consumer, editorial and advertiser insights. Research and suggest differentiated formats and experiences that improve monetisation potential. 5. Market Intelligence & Revenue Insights Track competitor IPs, sponsorship models, category spends and market trends to identify white spaces.
Provide strategic inputs to improve product-market fit and revenue effectiveness. 6. Cross-platform Packaging Build integrated solutions across TV, digital, social and on-ground to maximise client value and deal size. Work closely with client servicing teams to strengthen delivery and unlock upsell opportunities. 7.
P&L & Commercial Ownership Manage budgets, profitability and ROI across properties, ensuring commercial viability and yield optimisation. Annual Planning and Budgeting alongwith sales forecasting 8. Cross-functional Collaboration Partner closely with Sales, Client Servicing, Editorial, Marketing and Production teams to align content, commerce and execution.
