We're a software agency based in Gurugram, building SaaS MVPs and custom web applications for founders and teams across India and global markets. Location: Gurugram (Hybrid) Experience: 1–3 years · Type: Full-time About the role : You'll build the interfaces our clients' users actually touch dashboards, onboarding flows, marketing sites, and full product front-ends across a rotating set of client projects. This is an agency, so you'll context-switch between codebases, ship under real deadlines, and own features end to end rather than picking up tickets in isolation. What you'll do: • Build responsive, accessible UIs in * React * and * Next.js *, translating Figma designs into clean, production-ready components. • Integrate front-ends with REST APIs (and the occasional GraphQL endpoint), handling loading, error, and edge states properly. • Manage application state sensibly knowing when local state is enough and when to reach for a store. • Write maintainable, typed code (TypeScript) that the next developer on the project can pick up without a meeting. • Optimise for performance and Core Web Vitals bundle size, rendering strategy (SSR/SSG/ISR), image handling. • Collaborate directly with designers, backend developers, and sometimes clients to scope and refine features. • Own your work through to deployment and catch your own bugs before QA does. What we're looking for: • 1–3 years of professional experience building front-ends with React; hands-on Next.js experience. • Strong fundamentals: semantic HTML, modern CSS (Flexbox/Grid), and JavaScript (ES6+). • Comfort with TypeScript, or a clear track record of picking it up fast. • Experience consuming APIs and managing async data flows. • Familiarity with Git-based workflows (branches, PRs, reviews). • Ability to take a design and ask the right questions before writing code and to communicate clearly when something won't work as specced. Bonus points : • Experience with a styling system like Tailwind CSS, or component libraries (shadcn/ui, Radix, MUI). • Familiarity with data-fetching/state tools (React Query/TanStack Query, Zustand, Redux Toolkit). • Some exposure to testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright). • An eye for animation/micro-interactions (Framer Motion). • A portfolio, GitHub, or shipped projects we can look at.
