About the Role This role is designed at the intersection of Internal Audit, IT Audit, Product Development, and Client Interaction.

You will primarily contribute to the development, testing, and enhancement of the platform, while also playing a key role in demonstrating the product to clients and supporting adoption. The position is not a pure sales role. Instead, it requires a strong understanding of the product and audit concepts, enabling you to confidently explain workflows, showcase capabilities, and align the platform with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities You will work closely with internal teams to understand and apply IT Audit concepts, including IT General Controls (ITGC), IT Application Controls (ITAC), and basic cybersecurity frameworks. A significant part of your role will involve testing the product, validating audit workflows, preparing test cases, audit scenarios, and ensuring the platform aligns with real-world audit requirements. You will also contribute to building control libraries, audit checklists, and structured risk frameworks within the system.

Alongside product responsibilities, you will be actively involved in client-facing interactions. This includes demonstrating the platform, walking clients through audit workflows, explaining use cases, and helping them understand how the product solves their audit and compliance challenges. You will support pre-sales discussions by translating client requirements into product capabilities and assist in pilot implementations, onboarding, and feedback collection.

Your role will require you to bridge the gap between product, audit knowledge, and client needs, ensuring both continuous improvement of the platform and effective communication of its value. Eligibility & Requirements Candidates with 0–2 years of experience are eligible, including freshers with relevant exposure. Any graduate You should have a basic understanding of Internal Audit or IT Audit concepts, including ITGC and ITAC, along with familiarity with IT systems and cybersecurity fundamentals.

Strong analytical thinking, structured documentation ability, and clear communication skills are essential. Comfort in explaining concepts and interacting with clients is important, as the role involves product walkthroughs and discussions. An interest in technology, AI-driven platforms, and building a career in product and consulting environments is key to succeeding in this role.

Travel Requirement This role involves approximately 40% travel, primarily for client meetings, product demonstrations, and implementation or onboarding activities. Travel will mostly be within Delhi NCR and nearby regions, depending on business requirements.
