This role involves coordinating timetable development for all academic programs and the management of examinations. Applicants should have an undergraduate degree coupled with three to five years of relevant experience in an academic setting, bringing expertise in scheduling software and data reporting. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee academic scheduling processes and exam logistics • Lead formal examination management, including room setups • Develop analytics to enhance scheduling and space use • Implement projects that improve academic operations across departments • Manage a dedicated team of five full-time staff members Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of related administrative experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with Oracle, Ellucian products, and scheduling software • Background in academic records management is an asset • Proven leadership and strategic thinking abilities Your leadership in academic scheduling will support Dalhousie University’s mission to excel in education. #J-18808-Ljbffr
