Department Cost Management Location Belfast, Northern Ireland (With Hybrid Working) Title Cost Manager / Senior Cost Manager Discipline Cost Management Reporting To Associate / Partner Role Overview Our Cost Management Team proactively manages the cost of a building project, from the initial design stages through to the building’s completion and sometimes even the costs incurred through maintenance and operation. Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Cost Manager or Senior Cost Manager to join our growing team in Belfast. The role involves working with key clients on infrastructure and building projects across sectors such as commercial, healthcare and higher education schemes.

Candidate Profile Experience Proven technical delivery experience on similar projects. Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager role in a consultancy environment. Client facing, ensuring a high standard of technical delivery.

Stakeholder management with a clear focus on developing client accounts. Qualifications Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a similar technical discipline (RICS Accredited). Chartered / Professionally Qualified or studying toward.
