They are responsible for creating schematics, overseeing manufacturing, ensuring safety standards, and managing power systems across various industries like construction, transportation, and energy.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Development: Create electrical systems, components, and products using engineering software like AutoCAD or MicroStation.Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop testing methods to verify the reliability, safety, and efficiency of electrical equipment.Project Management: Oversee installation, manage budgets, and inspect work performed by contractors to ensure alignment with project goals.Compliance: Ensure all designs and installations meet local, state, and national electrical codes and environmental regulations.Troubleshooting: Diagnose system malfunctions and implement preventive maintenance and design modifications.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.Technical Skills: Proficiency in circuit design, load calculations, and modeling software.Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills to address unexpected issues during design and implementation.Soft Skills: Excellent written communication, teamwork, and the ability to mentor junior team members. Requirements Proven experience as an electrician.
