The company is building a small, elite creative team that values taste, discipline, and sustainable brand building over short-term trends. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Brand & Creative Manager (Fashion Brand) role based in Noida.
The Brand & Creative Manager will lead the brand strategy and creative direction for a fashion label, ensuring consistency across campaigns, collections, and channels. Responsibilities include developing and refining brand positioning, overseeing visual identity, and guiding the creation of cinematic short-form content, lookbooks, campaigns, and social media assets. The role involves working closely with designers, photographers, stylists, and content teams to craft cohesive narratives that build cultural relevance and premium perception.
The Brand & Creative Manager will analyze performance data, track cultural and fashion trends, and translate insights into creative briefs, content calendars, and brand experiences (events, collaborations, drops). The role will also require close collaboration with leadership on go-to-market strategies, influencer and creator partnerships, and selective performance marketing initiatives. Qualifications Brand strategy and positioning skills, including experience shaping the narrative and identity of fashion or lifestyle brands.
Creative direction, visual storytelling, and campaign development skills across photo, video, and digital platforms. Strong understanding of fashion, culture, and trend forecasting, with the ability to translate insights into distinctive brand concepts. Experience with social media content strategy, short-form video, and platform-specific best practices (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
Ability to collaborate with designers, stylists, photographers, videographers, and creators to execute cohesive creative projects. Basic familiarity with design and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or equivalent) to brief, review, and refine creative work. Comfort with performance and brand metrics, using data to refine creative strategies without compromising brand integrity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and defend creative directions to stakeholders.
