Product Manager

Role: Product Manager Location: Chennai (6 days in office) Stage: Early-stage, post product C revenue Experience: 2-5 years What you’ll do: •Own the end-to-end product roadmap for voice AI — from intent design to workflow execution •Define conversation flows, fallback strategies, and multi-turn orchestration for enterprise use cases •Translate customer discovery into actionable specs for ML, design, and engineering •Drive voice AI metrics: task completion rate, intent confidence, latency, and trust score •Collaborate directly with founders on product strategy and go-to-market positioning Must Have: •2–5 yrs PM experience •Shipped a workflow, automation, or BPM product •Voice AI or conversational AI product hands-on •Strong discovery and spec-writing skills Great to have: •ASR- Automatic Speech Recognition/NLU- Natural Language Understanding /TTS - Text-to-Speech •Basics LLM-based product experience •B2B SaaS, mid-market or enterprise You'll thrive here if: •You've owned a product, not just managed it (Strictly no to Product Owners) •You talk to customers before writing specs •You understand that great voice AI is about trust, not just accuracy •You care about impact more than job titles Work culture: •High ownership, fast iteration, low ego •Product and engineering sit at the same table •Growth environment — you'll shape the roadmap, the team, and the culture
