About the Role The Tax Manager will work closely with the US Tax team and various cross-functional teams. This role will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and will be responsible for managing US tax compliance activities while driving projects focused on process automation and the implementation of best practices on a global scale.

What You'll do Prepare and review US Domestic, State and Local Tax (SALT), and International tax compliance forms using the OneSource Income Tax tool, including all supporting schedules, workpapers, and related tax return disclosures. Manage internal teams and external advisors to ensure the accurate preparation and timely filing of US tax forms, including Forms 1120, 5471, 8858, and various SALT forms Provide technical US tax guidance and partner with key stakeholders, including the US Provision team, Tax Planning team, and Regional Tax teams, to gather information and ensure accurate reporting. Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and strengthen collaboration across teams.

Review complex workpapers, large volumes of data, and tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance. Review Book-to-Tax adjustments, consolidated tax returns, and prepare/review Reportable Transaction Position (RTP) workpapers and supporting memoranda for documentation purposes Review state quarterly estimated tax workpapers, extension calculations, and estimate and extension forms. Assist in the preparation and review of quarterly activities, including Federal and SALT payable reconciliations Tax forecasts Tax accruals Review disclosures and forms required to be attached to tax returns.

Review Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) workpapers and reports. Support additional compliance-related activities and calculations for both US and non-US entities, as required Conduct tax research on relevant tax laws, regulations, and emerging developments to support compliance and advisory activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Tax, Accounting, or Finance. 7–8 years of experience in US Domestic Tax, State and Local Tax (SALT), and International Tax.

Experience in US International Tax is an added advantage. Mandatory working knowledge of OneSource Income Tax software, including both Tax Accounting System (TAS) and Organizer modules Enrolled Agent (EA) certification preferred. Strong process orientation with a focus on standardization and continuous improvement of finance and tax compliance functions.

Ability to work independently on complex tax concepts, calculations, and large volumes of data. In-depth understanding of US Corporate Federal Tax and State and Local Tax (SALT) requirements; experience in US International Tax is an added advantage. Hands-on experience in the preparation and review of US Domestic Tax Form 1120, with additional knowledge of international tax forms such as Form 5471, Form 8858, and related schedules being advantageous Strong knowledge and practical experience in researching and analyzing various US tax issues and regulations.
