Downhole Drilling Tools Mechanical Engineer

Actively contribute to the engineering of downhole drilling technologies in a Senior Mechanical Engineer role. Focus on product design and testing in a hands-on environment. We are looking for a knowledgeable Mechanical Engineer to spearhead the development of downhole drilling tools.

Ideal candidates will have more than ten years of experience in related product design, particularly with MWD tools and similar technologies. This position provides a platform to make impactful contributions to product growth and performance. Key Responsibilities: • Design downhole drilling tools for oil and gas sectors • Produce precise 2D and 3D CAD models with documentation • Conduct engineering analyses for design validation • Prototype development and performance evaluation • Work collaboratively with field personnel and clients Requirements: • Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering • Eligibility for P.Eng. in Alberta • 10+ years designing downhole drilling assemblies • Expertise in CAD software like SolidWorks • Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills Utilize your engineering experience to drive innovation in downhole drilling solutions with our expert team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
