Senior Project Manager- Financial Systems

Senior Project Manager- Financial Systems requires: Financial Systems background (Oracle EBS or SAP), Full project management lifecycle, Global experience (LATAM, 5-10 years of Project Management experience Experience managing Finance system projects Minimum experience with 5 full Project Life Cycles (preferably with MNCs) Experience with both Waterfall and AGILE methodologies Expertise in using Project Planning Management tool Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to clearly and concisely convey information to stakeholders of all levels Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals Good time management skills to be able to manage your own time and time of team members to ensure project deadlines are met Problem solving skills to be able to effectively identify and solve problems that arise during the project, including to think creatively, identify potential solutions and make informed decisions Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment, working independently with proactive approach to tasks Change management Duties: Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and that project processes are followed consistently
