Senior Accountant

This position is being hired by our Canadian entity to manage and streamline our expanding international accounts and cross-border financial operations.

Responsibilities and Duties: International Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records for our Canada and Philippines operations using QuickBooks. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage invoices, bills, and supporting documentation; oversee accounts receivable management and ensure timely settlement of online payments. Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of international financial data, bank statements, payroll, and intercompany salary records.

Taxation & Compliance: Handle Canadian GST/HST related filings and ensure strict compliance with applicable statutory tax regulations. Financial Reporting: Monitor payment due dates, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with corporate financial reporting to meet statutory compliance requirements. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Master’s in Commerce (M.Com) or an equivalent advanced degree in Accounting/Finance.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping and accounting, with a strong preference for candidates with international bookkeeping experience . Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks and Tally is required. Professional Background: An internship under a Chartered Accountant (CA) is highly desirable.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across international teams. Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience). Benefits : Provident Fund
