Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India, for a Senior Counselor - Canada. The Senior Counselor will support students by conducting one-on-one consultations, providing accurate information about study programs in Canada, guiding visa and application processes, and preparing students for interviews.

Additionally, responsibilities may include managing client relationships, staying up-to-date with changes in visa regulations, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure a smooth study-abroad journey for students. Qualifications Proven experience in academic counseling or international education consulting Comprehensive knowledge of Canadian education systems, admission processes, and visa requirements Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client engagement Ability to conduct thorough research and provide customized solutions Proficiency in managing documents, applications, and deadlines Customer-service orientation with the ability to meet targets and handle inquiries efficiently Capability to stay updated with immigration and academic policy changes Relevant experience in the educational sector or consulting is highly desirable Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
