We invest across AI, Enterprise/SaaS, Fintech, Space & Defence, Consumer & Retail, and Marketplaces — writing cheques from pre-seed to Series A. The Role We are looking for a sharp, curious, and self-driven Venture Associate to work across the full spectrum of fund operations — from deal evaluation and portfolio support to brand and community building.

This is a high-ownership role with direct access to the founding team and genuine exposure to how an early-stage VC fund operates. What You’ll Do Deal Flow & Investment • Source and evaluate early-stage investment opportunities across our focus sectors • Conduct market research, competitive landscape analysis, and sector deep-dives • Prepare investment memos, financial models and support the team through due diligence • Track deal pipeline and maintain structured records across the portfolio Portfolio & Founder Support • Engage with portfolio founders on operational and strategic asks • Assist in tracking portfolio metrics and preparing quarterly fund updates • Support BD and partnership introductions for portfolio companies Fund Operations & Communications • Help manage LP communications, reporting, and fund documentation • Support planning and execution of fund events and community touchpoints across Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru • Build and maintain relationships across the startup and investor ecosystem • Own brand presence across digital channels — publishing content that reflects our identity: conviction-driven, data-backed, founder-first Who We’re Looking For • Very strong financial modeling skills and experience and comfort with numbers • Minimum of 2 years of experience across Venture Capital or Investment Banking • Genuine curiosity about startups, venture capital, and the Indian technology ecosystem • Strong written and verbal communication — comfortable with both analytical and narrative formats • Self-starter who takes ownership and delivers without constant follow-up • Hands-on with productivity and research tools; design or content skills are a bonus What You’ll Get • Direct access to the entire Tetration team — not a siloed experience • Exposure to live deal flow, portfolio founders, and co-investors • A real and visible body of work across investments, communications, and events • Mentorship on venture investing, fund strategy, and career paths in the startup world Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
