Junior Project Engineer – YVR Engineering Projects

Drive your career in aviation as a Junior Project Engineer with Vancouver Airport Authority. Focus on mid-sized projects to enhance building systems as part of YVR’s net zero emissions initiative. In this permanent, full-time role, you'll report to the Manager, Airport Terminal Projects and manage diverse construction projects.

You'll work closely with various stakeholders to ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are met during project execution. Key Responsibilities: • Manage assigned projects from concept through completion • Prepare project implementation plans in collaboration with stakeholders • Create and evaluate Tender documents and technical requirements • Guide design teams toward fulfilling project outcomes • Maintain contracts, schedules, and budgets effectively Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline • At least two years in the construction or consulting industry • Engineer in Training status or eligible for certification • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools • Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders Contribute to YVR’s sustainability goals while developing valuable engineering experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
