Job Description

Overview At SimCorp, we facilitate the streamlining of investment decisions, accounting, and operations for major global financial institutions. The Senior Business Analyst role is within the North American Consulting organization, focusing on data analytics, business reporting, and executive support. Responsibilities Lead data analytics and reporting for utilization, forward load, capacity planning, and operational KPIs to drive business performance.

Partner with North America leadership and Finance to support P&L management, revenue forecasting, and budget planning. Deliver accurate and timely business reporting, including monthly and quarterly dashboards for executive stakeholders. Identify and implement process improvements using data-driven insights to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Develop and maintain analytics tools and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to visualize trends and enable informed decision‑making. Qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in finance, business performance, or a technology‑enabled environment. Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong technical proficiency in tools such as Power BI, SQL, VBA, macros, Excel, and financial modeling. Proven ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives from concept to execution. Ease in communicating complex ideas clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Curious and analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Collaborative and adaptable in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Preferred degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related analytical or technical field.

Based in Toronto with the ability to attend the office at least two days per week. Benefits Competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 CAD with annual discretionary bonus. Health and dental care, time off, and Group RRSP/TFSA.
