Senior Facilities Maintenance Manager

The Valencia at the Lakes in Las Vegas is looking for a Maintenance Manager to ensure the operational integrity of our assisted living facility. You will manage all aspects of maintenance, including preventive programs and emergency preparedness, while supervising maintenance staff and maintaining a safe environment for residents. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years experience in facility maintenance, strong technical skills in plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC, and excellent organizational abilities.
