Additional Location(s): US-WA-Seattle; US-OR-Portland About the role As a regional sales manager in the Rhythm Solutions division, you will lead a team across multiple territories to drive sales of innovative therapies, including the Watchman Left Atrial Appendage Closure device, Electrophysiology (EP), and Access Solutions. Responsibilities Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals across the Watchman, EP, and Access Solutions portfolios. Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing field team, including sales representatives and clinical/therapy awareness specialists.
Monitor sales performance, conduct quarterly reviews, and implement corrective actions as needed to meet targets. Provide ongoing education and tools to ensure team proficiency in product knowledge, competitive positioning, and industry trends. Support key account growth, partnering with economic buyers and clinical stakeholders to drive adoption and utilization.
Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and value‑based selling solutions tailored to customer needs. Model effective selling techniques, coach in the field, and reinforce a disciplined sales approach across the team. Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, sales ops, and finance to align regional activities with national strategy.
Ensure compliance with company policies, reporting standards, and CRM systems. Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent, fostering an inclusive, high‑performance culture across your region. Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and educational forums to strengthen relationships and market presence.
Required qualifications Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience. Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in interventional cardiology, structural heart, electrophysiology (EP), or cardiac rhythm management (CRM) device sales.
Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience with a proven track record of sales achievement and team development. Preferred qualifications P&L responsibility experience. MBA or graduate degree in a related field.
Technically strong, analytical, and highly motivated leader with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience navigating matrix organizations and influencing across divisions and leadership levels. Compensation The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $90,000, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education, and other relevant business needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
