Project Manager - AI

Position - Project Manager AI Location - Ahmedabad Experience - 4-5 years Salary - 80000 Industry - IT Qualifications - Bachelor Degree Roles & Responsibility Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across AI/ML, E-commerce, On-Demand Applications, and Online Gaming platforms. Gather client requirements and translate them into technical execution plans. Collaborate with AI Engineers, Developers, Data Scientists, and Product Teams.

Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Ensure successful execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.

Manage stakeholder communication and client expectations. Handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery. Support pre-sales activities, effort estimation, and solution discussions.

Ensure scalability, performance, and quality standards across all projects. Coordinate project deployment, testing, and post-launch support activities. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Project Management. Prior experience in a service-based IT company is preferred. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum).

Experience managing projects in one or more of the following domains: Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning E-commerce Platforms On-Demand Applications Online Gaming Solutions Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong planning, coordination, and team leadership abilities. Experience with project tracking and collaboration tools.

AI/ML Knowledge (Mandatory) Strong understanding of the Machine Learning lifecycle: Data Collection Data Preparation Model Training Deployment Monitoring & Optimization Knowledge of common AI use cases: Recommendation Systems Chatbots & Virtual Assistants Fraud Detection Personalization Engines Predictive Analytics Understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) applications. Ability to understand AI model outputs, limitations, and project feasibility. Experience coordinating effectively with AI/ML and Data Science teams.

Preferred Skills Knowledge of AI product development and deployment workflows. Experience with cloud-based AI solutions and scalable digital platforms. Exposure to software estimation, solution architecture discussions, and pre-sales activities.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage cross-functional and distributed teams.
