Publisher Manager

Job Title: Publisher Manager Experience Require: 1-2 years Location: New Delhi, Netaji Subhash Place Job Description: Adsphire Media is looking for a proactive and performance-driven Publisher Manager who will be responsible for managing publisher and affiliate partner relationships, driving campaign growth, and ensuring high-quality traffic delivery across global markets. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in campaign management, publisher handling, optimization, and fraud monitoring within the affiliate marketing ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, publishers, and media buyers on a day-to-day basis.

Handle complete publisher management activities including onboarding, engagement, retention, and business development. Conduct regular follow-ups with publishers to ensure smooth campaign delivery, quality traffic, and consistent scaling opportunities. Coordinate closely with advertisers and internal teams to understand campaign requirements, KPIs, targeting, and delivery expectations.

Manage and optimize campaigns across Worldwide(IN, SEA, RU, MENA, Europe, LATAM, US). Pitch and manage CPA, CPI, CPL, CPR, CPS, and other performance-based campaigns with international publishers and affiliates. Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize campaigns based on traffic quality, conversion rates, ROI, and advertiser goals.

Analyze publisher traffic to identify low-quality or fraudulent activity and implement fraud optimization and prevention measures. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Publisher Management, Performance Marketing, or Mobile Advertising. Strong understanding of CPA, CPI, CPL, CPR, CPS, and other affiliate marketing models.

Hands-on experience in managing publishers, affiliate networks, and advertiser campaigns. Good knowledge of campaign optimization, fraud detection, and traffic quality analysis. Experience working with tracking platforms such as AppsFlyer, Affise, Trackier, or similar tools.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboards.
