Role : Relationship Manager - Real Estat e Location : Mumb ai Roles & Responsibilitie s : The Relationship Manager (RM) will be responsible for originating deals and crafting tailored financing solutions for clients. The role requires strong analytical acumen to develop financial models for credit underwriting and investor presentations.

The RM will coordinate with external agencies, internal sales and investor teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless deal execution from origination to clos ure. Key Responsibili ties:-> Identify and originate real estate financing opportunities across conventional asset classes, high-yield transactions, special situation mandates, and lease rental discountingsourced from both primary markets and secondary lenders/inves tors.-> Evaluate real estate assets and understand sector-specific dynamics to structure appropriate solut ions.-> Maintain continuous coordination with internal relationship teams, external agencies, investors, and coverage part ners.-> Develop and pitch structured financing solutions aligned with credit stand ards.-> Prepare information memoranda, financial models, and investment material for internal assessment and external investor outr each.-> Support transaction execution, including due diligence, investor placement, legal documentation, and final disbu rsal.->Operate independently while also collaborating effectively within a larger team stru cture Note : Candidates must have experience into origination or relationship management for the real estate cl ients.
